Do we offer a guarantee?

Yes, If your Zeno Pro product or refill are damaged in transit please contact us first for authorisation. The products will be replaced and if a replacement is not available, a full refund will be given. If the package is obviously damaged upon receipt - DO NOT SIGN for the package, REFUSE it as damaged.

How long does it take to get my order delivered?

All products are normally dispatched within 1 working day and can be expected within 2-5 days. All products are well-packaged for transit. We do not ship outside the UK.

What kind of delivery service to we use?

All packages are dispatched using Royal Mail Registered delivery that requires a signature.

Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
